This site is a tribute to Chloe Collins born on 7th September 1994, only child to Louise Collins. Chloe tragically passed away on 13th April 2016 less than 24 hours after giving birth to her beautiful baby Scarlett.
Chloe was loved by many and will always be in our hearts 💕
